Santosh conceptualized ChakraView Consulting and has been the driving force behind the phenomenal growth story ever since. An alumnus of the National Institute of Technology (NIT) Trichy and the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Calcutta, he started his career with ITC Limited, before deciding to set up a consulting practice at the age of 25, to propel the growth story of brands. He is passionate about new-age marketing and thrives on challenging and innovative projects.

With a strong focus on strategic understanding of every client's requirement, he is obsessed with ensuring that every engagement is delivered as per the lofty standards that we pride ourselves on. His vision is to work with Indian businesses and help them to establish themselves as iconic brands globally. His diverse interests range from sports and literature to music and films of every genre.

Aishwarya has been the anchor of the business ever since its inception, and the single biggest factor behind the successful journey over the years. She completed her engineering and MBA from Rajalakshmi Engineering College (REC), Chennai and the Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning (SCDL) respectively. After having started her corporate path with Hinduja Tech as a project manager, she found her true calling in the land of content and digital marketing, and there has been no looking back since then.

An established authority in content creation and curation, she has successfully handled projects with several leading global brands. Team management and new strategic initiatives are her other core skills. With an extensive understanding of social media, she is the go-to-person for every campaign. She is also a super-creative person away from work, and loves dabbling in multiple art forms.
